RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
As of now we are not offering returns or refunds. For Lena’s Adornments costume jewelry or clothing!

Refunds will only be given to customers who have purchase items that have sold out without notification.
Shipping will only occur in the US. All Shipping will be received within 2-7 business days depending on the items that is purchased. We will try to have most items shipped within 2-4 business days.
Pre-Order Items: (FOR PAYPAL ONLY)
All pre-order items will be shipped 7-10(including arrival of product) and once payment has cleared.
Orders received by 10 A.M. Eastern time will be processed on the same day.

Lena’s Luxury items that are in stock will be shipped within 2-4 business days once invoice is paid . Soon after, customers will be notified with tracking information.
Lena’s Luxury personalized jewelry requires 10-14 business days to be customized once invoice is paid. Soon after, customers will be notified with tracking information for delivery.
